Job summary

Mechanism Ventures is seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Associate for the Growth team to source, manage, and initiate strategic B2B alliances, distribution partnerships, affiliate relationships, and influencer collaborations. You will identify prospects, build target lists, run outreach campaigns, and oversee early-stage negotiations with guidance from the senior partnerships lead.

Qualifications

Experience in lead generation and outreach campaigns.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Organized and process-driven with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Interest in growth partnerships and digital media.
Experience with affiliate/influencer/partnership marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and source partners aligned with portfolio markets.
Build databases of potential partners for outreach campaigns.
Initiate and manage outreach efforts to start conversations with partners.
Manage early partner interactions and guide conversations through to negotiations.
Draft compelling outreach emails and follow-ups to engage partners.
Assist with coordination and organization of the partnerships team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.
