DOXA Talent is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant in the Philippines for a full-time, remote position. You will own core accounting processes, support month-end close, and assist with acquisition-related accounting in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting, 3+ years in a U.S.-based accounting setting, and strong English communication. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with ET hours, remote work from the Philippines, and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; experience in a U.S.-based accounting environment.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, business integrations, or purchase accounting.
• Background in a fast-growing or private equity-backed organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end and year-end close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee subledger activity.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing oversight as needed.
• Assist with acquisition integration and accounting for newly acquired businesses.
• Collaborate with VP Finance to enable FP&A reporting and executive-level analysis.
