Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. seeks an experienced Staff Accountant in the Philippines to own core accounting processes, month-end close, and support acquisitions in a fast-growing company with international teams.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, align with US-based finance, and report to the VP of Finance, handling GL, journal entries, reconciliations, audits, and FP&A support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years progressive accounting experience; US-based accounting environment preferred.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, business integrations, or purchase accounting is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, GL, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee accounts payable/receivable as needed.
• Assist with acquisition integration and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with VP of Finance to enable FP&A reporting and analysis.
