The Role:

We’re seeking a Corporate Accountant to support our finance team by ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining the general ledger, and assisting with month‑end and year‑end close processes. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented accounting professional who enjoys collaborating across departments, improving financial processes, and contributing to the organization’s financial integrity.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.), strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Characteristics: Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, collaborative, and committed to maintaining high standards of financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Complete work‑in‑progress project reconciliations and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project closeouts.
• Assist with accounts payable processes and other day‑to‑day accounting functions as needed.
• Support external audits by preparing year‑end account reconciliations and providing requested financial documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and assist with special accounting projects and financial reporting as needed.
