Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Complete project reconciliations and collaborate on project closeouts.
• Assist with accounts payable processes as needed.
• Support external audits with year-end account reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes.

Skills

Proficiency with ERP systems

Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS)
