Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting for a U.S.-based company. You will handle general ledgers, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple entities, working with the Controller and Accounting team.

This role offers exposure to intercompany structures, GAAP compliance, and a full-cycle accounting environment. Applicants should have 2–4 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred, multi-entity exposure is a plus.
• Experience with general ledger, month-end close, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting for client entities, including journal entries and posting in Microsoft D365.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely, accurate completion.
• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
• Support intercompany accounting and eliminations across entities.
• Assist in preparing internal financial reports and supporting schedules for management.
• Maintain fixed asset records, additions, disposals, depreciation, and GL reconciliation.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable as needed and provide peak-period coverage.
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries during audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls across tasks.
• Identify discrepancies or process gaps and communicate with Controller for resolution.
