Job summary

DCX PH is seeking a home-based AP/AR Accounting Assistant to join our US-based client services team. This full-time role starts as a 3-month contingent contract with potential for ongoing employment after a 6-month probationary period.

You will manage invoices, cash flow, collections, and year-end support from the Philippines. The ideal candidate has a related bachelor's in accounting, 3+ years’ experience, and expert-level Excel and QuickBooks skills, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Related bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Very proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: enter invoices, prepare weekly check runs.
• Accounts Receivable: invoice clients, pursue collections, issue past-due notices, assist year-end statements.
