Job summary

LAdmins is hiring a reliable Staff Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting for our U.S. clients from a permanent work-from-home setup in the Philippines. You will own the monthly close, ensure accurate financials, and work closely with our U.S.-based team to maintain trust in the numbers.

You will perform AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting, while supporting payroll, tax readiness under U.S. GAAP, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on U.S. accounting experience with U.S. clients or entities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and cash vs accrual accounting.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting: manage AP/AR, record transactions, and keep GL current across assigned clients.
• Own month-end close and reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules; flag anomalies for clients.
