The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, with 2+ years of experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Bill.com, and Corpay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to accounts payable and GL accounting.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Bill.com, and Corpay (or similar).
• QBO experience required
• Proficient with Excel functions (Pivot tables, VLookups)
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable process for multiple clients — including invoice coding, entry, approval workflows, and payments.
• Maintain vendor records, verify W-9s, and assist with 1099 preparation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with posting of bank and credit card transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Communicate directly with clients and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and client managers to improve efficiency and workflow processes.
