Job summary

TGG Accounting, a U.S.-based financial services firm, seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to own client accounting outcomes using the TGG Way. The role is remote for professionals in the Philippines, with hours aligned to PST, and requires 4+ years of accounting, team leadership, and US GAAP exposure.

Responsibilities include AR/AP/payroll oversight, month-end close, and developing SOPs with ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience managing or supervising a team.
• Experience working with US-based companies or clients and exposure to US GAAP.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AR, invoicing, and manage the accounts receivable cycle.
• Lead the month-end close and verify journals and financial statements.
• Coordinate annual 1099s and review the chart of accounts.
• Audit new client processes and document updated SOPs for Controller sign-off.
• Train and delegate tasks to Staff Accountants.
