DOXA Talent is seeking an Accounting Associate to support daily accounting operations for our client. You will maintain records, perform reconciliations, process invoices, and support payable workflows across multiple systems.

Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor's in accounting, progressive accounting experience, and strong Excel skills with attention to detail. The role offers growth in a dynamic, international team and a full-time on-site position in the Philippines.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Progressive accounting experience with a steady work history.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn Sage Intacct, Ottimate, and client payables workflows.
• Confidentiality, integrity, and eagerness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accounting records and organize financial documentation.
• Perform daily bank, deposit, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Enter weekly invoices, inter-store transactions, and accounting data into Sage Intacct and Great Plains.
• Support accounts payable processes using Ottimate after completing training.
• Assist with special projects and additional accounting responsibilities while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
