Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks a Staff Accountant - Inventory to support financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain internal controls around inventory transactions.

The role partners with the Senior Finance Manager to manage day-to-day accounting, provide insights, and support strategic decisions. Remote work with a night shift (PHT) is required, and arms-length collaboration with international clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2-5 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance roles.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and online payment/banking platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel).
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable transactions with accurate coding and timely payments.
• Support Accounts Receivable efforts and assist with collections as needed.
• Perform reconciliations for credit cards and other accounts; resolve variances.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end/year-end close with journal entries.
• Evaluate bonus/incentive metrics and provide data to leadership for approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate financial data into actionable insights.
