Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–5 years of bookkeeping, accounting, finance experience.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, and online payment/banking platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: process transactions, proper coding, timely payment.
• Reconciliation: perform reconciliations, identify variances, ensure data accuracy.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare financial reports and KPIs; support month-end/year-end close.
• Compensation & Metrics: evaluate bonus/incentive metrics; provide data for approvals.
• Cross-Functional Support: answer accounting questions; translate data for non-finance stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, strengthen controls.
