Job summary
Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) in the Philippines invites an experienced Accountant to join as a remote, full-time night-shift specialist for international client accounts.
You will handle full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll for firms abroad, with emphasis on accuracy, process discipline, and clear client communication.

Qualifications
- Three+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience serving international clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong command of English, written and spoken.
- Experience with cloud accounting software (QBO, Xero) and Bill.com.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for international clients: AP/AR, journal entries, and month-end close.
- Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) with variance analysis.
- Create budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections; monitor burn.
- Reconcile bank, card, merchant, and loan accounts; resolve discrepancies.
- Process payroll accurately with approvals and deductions.
- Develop SOPs and close calendars; seek automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams and clients; translate numbers into plain English.
