Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, healthcare, or medical billing is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, insurance terms, and patient statement processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work accurately in a remote setting.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a patient-centered approach.
• Explain statements and explanations of benefits to patients in English and Spanish.
• Process and post patient payments according to procedures.
• Document conversations and payment details in billing systems and EMR/EHR platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing concerns and escalations.
