Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience handling AR for U.S.-based clients preferred.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment application, reconciliations, and aging analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, SAP or similar systems is a plus.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices and billing statements.
• Monitor outstanding balances and maintain updated accounts receivable aging reports.
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking customers regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and outstanding balances.
• Conduct collection follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and other approved communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and account-related concerns.
• Record incoming payments and ensure accurate allocation to customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts, payment records, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams regarding transportation charges, trip billing, and payment issues.
• Prepare regular accounts receivable reports and provide updates on outstanding collections.
