Job summary

Nao Medical is expanding nationwide and seeks a Customer Service Representative who is bilingual in Spanish and English with sales experience to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and guiding billing or insurance questions with a sales-focused approach.

This fully incentivized role pays per patient booked and seen, with inbound $5 and outbound $7 rewards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Proven ability to close sales or convert leads over the phone.
• Experience in healthcare or sales is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and call handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients in Spanish and English.
• Use sales and persuasive communication to schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with billing, payments, and insurance inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Document all call interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with billing, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues as needed.
