This remote role handles appointment scheduling and follow‑ups, inbound and outbound calls, insurance verification, and patient record management using EMR systems.

The role requires strong communication skills in Spanish and English, attention to detail, and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written and spoken Spanish and English
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience with a Spanish bilingual account
• Healthcare BPO experience is a plus
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient scheduling, and inbound/outbound calls
