Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs and review technical specs, compliance, and deadlines.
• Source suppliers and identify manufacturers/distributors for required items.
• Find alternatives by researching and comparing equivalent products.
• Communicate and negotiate with U.S. suppliers to secure pricing and terms.
• Evaluate pricing by comparing quotations, freight, lead times, and margins.
• Prepare proposals with pricing, documentation, shipping details, and compliance.
• Manage RFQs, vendor responses, deadlines, and follow-ups independently.
