Job summary

Progility Global is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end purchasing and logistics. The role covers supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation analysis, vendor coordination and PO processing, then follows orders through dispatch, freight, warehouse handling and final delivery to clients.

The position provides flexible backup across procurement and logistics functions, including coverage during leave or unavailability.

Qualifications

• Three years of practical experience spanning procurement and logistics coordination.
• Experience with RFQs, quotation comparison and supplier follow-up.
• Strong English communication and process discipline are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review procurement requests and confirm descriptions, quantities and delivery requirements are complete.
• Source suitable suppliers and request quotations according to competitive processes.
• Follow up suppliers and obtain complete pricing, lead times and terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure they match approved documentation.
• Coordinate movements from supplier dispatch to warehouse receipt or client delivery.
• Provide backup coverage across procurement and logistics priorities as needed.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation.
• Use ERP/CRM systems to support records and reporting.
• Escalate issues outside delegated authority to Operations Team Lead.
