Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks a Solutions Engineer for Intralogistics & Automation to translate customer data into integrated automation concepts and layouts. You’ll partner with Europe and China teams to size and cost solutions for fixed and mobile automation, joining customer calls as needed.

Review drawings, analyze data, and define design requirements while producing BOMs, cost estimates and ROI analyses for sales. Remote, home-based role with local PH collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, mechatronics or logistics engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in intralogistics or warehouse automation solution design, presales or application engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AMR/AGV, shuttle systems, AS/RS, vertical lift modules or conveyors.
• Strong Excel data analysis, SKU profiling and throughput modelling.
• Proficiency in layouts using AutoCAD; basic 3D/simulation knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Review drawings and data; identify information gaps for sales.
• Analyse operational data to define design requirements and specs.
• Develop integrated concepts with AMRs/AGVs, shuttle systems and conveyors.
• Produce layouts, flow diagrams and capacity calculations; validate with simulations.
• Define software architecture across WMS/WCS and fleet management interfaces.
• Prepare BOMs and cost estimates with partners in China and Austria.
• Write proposals, specifications and ROI analyses for sales.
• Join customer calls to clarify requirements and present concepts.
• Support sales via technical input and sales tools remotely.
• Handover completed designs to delivery with change management support.
• Maintain standard design templates and reference solution library.
