Job summary

ScalableOS is redefining offshoring by connecting growth-focused businesses with top talents in the Philippines. We seek an Automation Engineer to identify, design, and implement automation solutions that streamline internal processes and scale service delivery.

You will work across IT operations and software development, building integrations with ConnectWise, Azure, M365, and PIA, and documenting all work thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 3–5 years of equivalent technical experience in automation, systems integration, or related IT discipline.
• MSP experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with automation design patterns, REST APIs, and scripting across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using ConnectWise, PowerShell, Python, and other approved platforms.
• Integrate REST APIs and webhooks to connect internal tools with third-party platforms.
• Write and version-control scripts in PowerShell and Python using Git.
• Monitor automations for reliability and performance; troubleshoot failures promptly.
• Document all automations and workflows in knowledge management systems.
