Job summary

Beckhoff Philippines is seeking an Application Engineer for a 24-month employment contract to support automation solutions across the Philippines. The role focuses on PLC, HMI, and motion control, delivering customer-specific programs, demonstrations, and application support.

You will report to the application manager and develop technical skills, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication. After the contract, conversion to a full-time position is possible based on performance and fit.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in automation/mechatronics/electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
2–4 years of experience in technical and application support, preferably in factory automation.
Experience in programming PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, and fieldbus systems.

Responsibilities

Support Sales in responding to technical questions on Beckhoff solutions.
Provide consultation on automation solutions based on customers’ needs.
Technical support for customers during projects and after sales (testing, commissioning, troubleshooting).
Conduct standard and customized training sessions for customers and partners.
Participate in Beckhoff seminars/exhibitions/events, supporting and sharing information on technology and functions.
Support customers across the different cities in the Philippines as necessary.
