Job summary

Sprinto is a 100% remote SaaS company offering an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes compliance across security frameworks and vendors. We’re hiring for an Account Manager who will own a high-volume renewal portfolio, manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.

You'll forecast renewal pipelines, negotiate terms, and partner with Customer Success and Sales to protect revenue and expand accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in SaaS account management or sales.
• Experience negotiating terms and pricing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-volume renewal portfolio with renewals, upsells and expansion opportunities.
• Forecast renewal pipeline and close renewals on time; protect recurring revenue.
• Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Finance to drive account health and growth.
