Job summary

IntraEdge is seeking a Renewal Specialist, Scaled Programs, to own the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of 40-50 SMB accounts with renewals below $10K ACV. You will drive plan recommendations, negotiate pricing, and maintain accurate forecasts in partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal.

You will manage renewals end-to-end—from outreach to contract signing—ensuring timely, policy-aligned renewals and identifying risks and opportunities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven renewals or sales experience managing transactions independently in a scaled, digital-first or SMB environment.
• Strong English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SaaS products or digital analytics tools; ability to map to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute renewal transactions for your book of business, including multi-product negotiations and renewal closing.
• Update and maintain the forecast for renewals with high accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Support to resolve complex customer situations.
• Share feedback to improve renewal processes with your manager.
