Job summary

ClickSend is seeking an Account Manager for the US region, managing a portfolio of medium-value SMB accounts. You will drive retention and expansion, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering solutions from the ClickSend product stack.

You will work from Manila with a remote-first setup, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals and ensure a high-quality customer journey.

Qualifications

• Account management or sales experience in SaaS/CPaaS, preferably SMB focus.
• Proven ability to grow and retain mid-value accounts across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience selling solutions, communicating ROI, and negotiating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of medium value SMB accounts in the US region from Manila.
• Identify growth opportunities, build trust, and act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Develop account plans and ensure retention and revenue growth against targets.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and support to improve customer outcomes.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast opportunities, and manage the sales cycle end-to-end.
