Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Shopify Operations Manager to start immediately. You will oversee the CS team, manage inventory forecasting, and coordinate with factories to ensure timely restocks while keeping Shopify and Notion workflows organized.

This 100% remote role follows a 9:00–18:00 UK time schedule (40 hours/week) with strong emphasis on communication and independent work to maintain service quality and efficient operations. Salary up to ₱82K/month and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store.
• Solid experience handling inventory tracking, multiple SKUs, and forecasting.
• Must be able to operate independently as an Operations Manager. Build SOPs, improve workflows, and work without supervision.
• Experience managing customer service systems, reporting, and overseeing a team.
• High reading, writing, and clear spoken communication to liaise with customers, factories, and internal staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CS team operations, monitor response times, handle escalations, refunds, and exchanges.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast restock timing, and coordinate with factories for production timelines.
• Update inventory for SKUs and variants, track orders, and provide tracking information to customers.
• Manage Notion workspace, build SOPs, track launches and campaigns, and keep projects organized.
• Prepare and report weekly KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality.
