Job summary

Wing is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist (Shopify Expert) to manage the overall operation of the website, optimize listings, and drive conversions from a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Shopify management, strong design eye, SEO knowledge, content and inventory management, and a track record of increasing sales. This role follows Pacific Time business hours and offers 100% work-from-home and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience as Shopify manager.
• Proven Shopify experience with results to show (sales, conversions).
• Eye for design – clean, professional storefronts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the website and maintain a seamless user experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns and provide assistance with customer selections.
• Optimize product listings and content with detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications.
• Build customer relationships and develop partnerships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams on developing concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
• Set prices in accordance with industry trends and sales strategy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on stock availability and delivery.
• Develop and maintain initiatives for PPC advertisement campaigns & social media engagement.
• Ad hoc tasks.
• Shopify store design and optimization (layout, product pages, branding).
• Improving conversion rate and overall store performance.
• Setting up and managing marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• General e-commerce strategy for a merchandise store.
