Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Shopify Operations Manager for a 100% remote role to lead Shopify store operations, inventory control, and customer service processes. You will oversee the CS team, track KPIs, and ensure smooth order fulfillment while maintaining strong communication with factories and staff.

Ideal candidates will have proven Shopify experience, inventory forecasting skills, and the ability to develop SOPs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store.
• Solid experience handling inventory tracking, multiple SKUs, and forecasting.
• Must be able to operate independently as an Operations Manager; build SOPs and improve workflows.
• Experience managing customer service systems, reporting, and overseeing a team.
• High reading, writing, and clear spoken communication to liaise with customers, factories, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the existing CS team and monitor response times, escalations, refunds, and exchanges.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast restock timing, and liaise with factories.
• Update inventory for SKUs and variants weekly; provide customers with tracking information.
• Manage the Notion workspace, build and improve SOPs, and track launches and campaigns.
• Generate weekly KPIs and reports to ensure efficiency and quality.
