Job summary

A cutting-edge pet wellness company in Hong Kong seeks a Shopify Operations Specialist to oversee Shopify operations. The role involves ownership of the Shopify platform, managing customer experience, and driving online-to-offline initiatives. Candidates should have 3–6+ years of Shopify experience and a customer-first mindset. Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus.
• Ability to implement features using HTML/CSS/JS.
• Experience with lifecycle messaging tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Shopify operations including storefront and themes.
• Evaluate and manage Shopify apps.
• Configure payment gateways and checkout processes.
• Define workflows for online pharmacy functionality.
• Design online-to-offline experience with HK clinic.
