Job summary

TalentPop App is seeking a Shopify / E-Commerce Assistant (Remote) to help keep client stores running smoothly from a fully remote setup. We welcome applicants from the Philippines, South Africa, Jamaica, and Pakistan, with compensation paid in USD hourly.

The role focuses on operational excellence—updating listings, checking links and stock, and engaging with customers to sustain a high-conversion store. You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, stock monitoring, and vendor

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Shopify or ecommerce work.
• Enjoy the operational side of online retail, not just the creative side.
• Ability to manage workload independently without constant supervision.
• Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without getting rattled.

Responsibilities

• Rewrite or tighten product listings to improve readability and conversion.
• Sweep storefront for broken links, typos, or outdated content.
• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs.
• Respond to customer reviews in a way that builds trust.
• Refresh banners, landing pages, and product photos to stay current.
• Coordinate with vendors on POs, inventory, and fulfillment timing.
