FiltaGlobal Philippines Inc. is seeking a tech‑savvy E‑Commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our growing remote team.

Reporting to an Australia-based Director, you will support omnichannel inquiries and help ensure smooth order processing. You’ll coordinate with overseas suppliers, perform high‑volume data entry, handle warranty and shipping claims, and drive customer satisfaction across phone, email, and social channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, including omnichannel contact (phone, email, social).
• Experience supporting international accounts (Australia/UK/US)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong digital aptitude with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM/ERP systems
• Ability to rapidly learn new helpdesk tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Resolve omnichannel inbound inquiries across phone, email, and social channels with clear, empathetic communication.
• Coordinate with Australian suppliers to verify product availability, lead times, pricing, and schedules.
• Perform high-volume data entry across systems; manage customer records, quotes, invoices, and order confirmations.
• Process warranty and shipping claims; take ownership of issue resolution and timelines.
• Proactively follow up on open quotes, pending orders, and dispatch updates to drive retention.
