Job summary

Outsourced. ph is seeking an E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with online orders, product enquiries, returns, refunds, and delivery concerns. Basic experience with Shopify and Gorgias is preferred, and strong written English and customer service skills are essential.

This role operates 7AM-4PM PHT. This is a full-time, home-based position in the Philippines. You will join a globally distributed team of over 1,000 professionals, use Gorgias macros and Shopify tools, and

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of e-commerce customer service experience.
• Basic hands-on experience with Shopify and Gorgias.
• Strong written and spoken English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via Gorgias/email.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and deliveries.
• Check and manage orders using Shopify.
• Provide product and shipping information.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Use Gorgias macros/templates and follow processes.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in communications.
