Job summary

Twoconnect invites an experienced customer service professional to join a global e‑commerce team. You will respond across email, social, and chat, assist with orders, and resolve complex logistics issues in collaboration with the logistics and wholesale teams.

You will support wholesale inquiries, manage subscriptions, and maintain accurate customer records. A proactive, customer‑first mindset is essential for delivering positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in an e‑commerce environment.
• Wholesale support experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills for logistics and order management.
• Highly organized with ability to manage high volumes of inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inquiries across multiple channels (email, social, chat).
• Assist with order processing, tracking, cancellations, and changes with logistics team.
• Handle complex cases like lost parcels and liaise with providers to trace packages.
• Process wholesale orders and maintain accurate records and invoicing.
• Process subscription cancellations, refunds, and adjustments per policy.
• Maintain product knowledge and identify upsell opportunities.
• Utilize Gorgias to streamline inquiries and suggest workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, wholesale teams for smooth fulfillment.
• Manage influencer deliveries and reporting using Carton Cloud.
• Support returns-to-sender processes and resolution.
