More Staffing LLC is seeking a highly organized Wholesale & Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to support wholesale, ecommerce, and fulfillment operations for a growing consumer brand. This remote, part-time role (≈20 hours/week) focuses on managing wholesale orders, coordinating with warehouses, and supporting Shopify product setup and inventory workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wholesale operations, ecommerce operations, or similar operational support roles.
• Experience coordinating with warehouses, fulfillment teams, or logistics partners.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce administration.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and maintaining trackers.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve specialty wholesale orders and verify requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure accurate fulfillment and shipping.
• Maintain order records and trackers; monitor outstanding orders and follow-ups.
• Support Shopify product setup and ecommerce launches; assist with product information updates.
