Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to support customers across email, chat, and social channels. The role emphasizes Shopify-based interactions and fast, friendly responses to order status, refunds, and product questions.

The ideal candidate has Shopify experience, excellent written English, and a calm, professional attitude. You will coordinate with teams, maintain accurate records, and help grow a positive brand experience while working in a fast-paced ecommerce

Qualifications

Shopify experience is required and will be used for everyday tasks.
Experience in customer service, preferably in ecommerce.
Handles inquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
Strong written English communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once.
Customer-focused and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails on order status, shipping, returns, and general inquiries.
Provide real-time support through Shopify Chat.
Respond to messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, refunds, and exchanges.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
Coordinate with internal teams on order issues or escalations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Ensure communications reflect the brand and professionalism.
