Qualifications

• At least 2 years in administrative support or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, including grammar proficiency.
• Fast and accurate typing ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, basic computer systems, and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Update and track maintenance work orders using designated programs.
• Coordinate schedules with vendors, technicians, and other service providers.
• Process billing documents and invoices while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Order supplies as needed and monitor delivery statuses.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of work orders and vendor communications.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and guests.
• Verify that all operational records are complete and properly documented.
• Follow established standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
