Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and maintain digital hubs and web pages using semantic HTML and modern CSS, upholding quality standards.
• Perform regular quality audits and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain platform integrity.
• Write, curate, and update Knowledge Base articles and internal documentation to optimize workflows.
• Manage assigned client accounts by delivering custom platform builds and generating performance reports using MS Office.
• Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
