Filta is seeking a detail-oriented Service Delivery Team Member in the Philippines to drive development, maintenance, and QA of digital hubs, web pages, and campaigns. You will audit quality, curate Knowledge Base content, and deliver platform builds for client accounts.

The role emphasizes strong HTML/CSS skills, CMS familiarity, and data-driven reporting, with a focus on timely delivery and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in semantic HTML5 and modern CSS3 layout techniques.
• Strong reporting and data analysis using MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital campaigns.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and maintain digital hubs and web pages with semantic HTML and CSS.
• Perform quality audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain platform integrity.
• Write and update Knowledge Base articles and internal docs to streamline workflows.
• Manage client accounts by delivering platform builds and generating performance reports.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend continuous process improvements.
