Job summary

FiltaGlobal Philippines Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative on a 6-month contract to join the remote team in Manila.

The role reports to a New Zealand-based Operations Lead and focuses on delivering outstanding service for our digital platform. You will manage tickets in HubSpot within one business day, troubleshoot issues, educate users on self-service tools, and maintain quality with a small open-ticket workload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support, Customer Service, Helpdesk, or Technical Support role.
• Excellent written English with professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve incoming support tickets in HubSpot within 1 business day.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex platform inquiries; escalate when needed.
• Educate clients on self-service tools to improve efficiency and reduce repeats.
• Maintain 8 or fewer open tickets and perform daily quality checks.
• Identify trends and propose 1–2 process improvements monthly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights.
