Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking a proactive digital marketing and business development professional to support online operations. The role covers website updates, social media, CRM, content creation, and lead generation, with remote work from the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital marketing, strong English communication, and comfort with multiple digital tools. Workdays are Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm AEST / 6:30am-3:30pm, WFH setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, website management, or business development.
• Strong research, communication, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable learning and using different digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage website updates, content, and basic A/B testing.
• Manage social media posts, videos, keywords, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market, competitor, and lead-generation research.
• Manage email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Set up and manage CRM systems such as Splose.
• Support online course platforms, payment portals, and customer access issues.
• Post recruitment ads and maintain lead/prospect databases.
• Assist with product inventory and logistics.
• Identify and recommend new ideas to generate leads and grow the business.
