Job summary

Lighthouse Property Care is hiring a Service Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of client inquiries and operational jobs. You will use ServiceM8 to keep work accurate, visible and moving, while delivering timely and professional communication to clients across time zones.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help the leadership team focus on core site work and client relationships. This remote, long-term Independent Contractor role requires excellent English and proactive

Qualifications

• Independent contractor experience for international clients (Australia/US/UK) required.
• Minimum of three years in service coordination or similar roles.
• Proficient in ServiceM8 for job creation, scheduling and workflow management.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence communicating with prospects and customers by phone.
• Ability to coordinate multiple jobs, changing schedules and priorities.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries by phone, email and website with clear, professional communication.
• Speak with prospects and customers to understand their requirements and arrange next steps.
• Use ServiceM8 to create, update and maintain accurate job records, schedules and workflows.
• Schedule field teams and subcontractors.
• Manage cleaner movements, schedule changes and delays with timely updates to partners and clients.
• Monitor project progress and communicate schedule changes; follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain complete job documentation including scopes, site notes and variations.
• Prepare regular workload and performance reports.
