Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of residential property management or PM coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience with US PM workflows (leasing, renewals, maintenance, resident relations).
• Strong written English suitable for resident and owner correspondence.
• High attention to detail and strong organization.
• Comfortable in structured, process-driven environments with defined SLAs.
• Proficiency with PM, maintenance, or CRM platforms (Buildium, AppFolio, LeadSimple, PropertyMeld, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident support tasks to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Monitor task queues and workflows so requests move forward on time.
• Respond to resident and owner inquiries with clear, professional written communication.
• Prepare and send notices, lease documents, and standard resident communications.
• Maintain accurate records and system hygiene across property management, CRM, and maintenance platforms.
• Escalate issues, delays, or exceptions as appropriate, and support onboarding of new properties or residents.
