Scale-X Solutions is recruiting a highly organised Service Coordinator to support our PH-based team and WA operations. You will coordinate technicians, manage schedules, and ensure service jobs progress from initial request to completion with clear communication to customers and suppliers.

In this fast-paced role you’ll liaise with sales, finance and operations, maintain accurate records, and drive improvements in service delivery and efficiency. Remote work from the Philippines is available.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians and service personnel.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate resources.
• Monitor service requests from receipt through completion.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, sales, finance and operations.
• Track service KPIs and prepare regular service reports.
