Job summary

Supporty is hiring a detail-driven Operations Assistant based in the Philippines to support an Australian network of physical sites remotely. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes operator who coordinates contractors, tracks tasks, and ensures issues don’t get stuck.

You’ll work full-time equivalents with weekly PHP payments, using Zendesk, Outlook, Teams and Excel to keep site reports, logs and documentation accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in remote operations/admin/coordinator work.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear and professional spoken and written English.
• Confident using Zendesk, Outlook, Teams and Excel.
• Able to prioritise tasks, meet SLAs, and stay organized across sites.
• Comfortable with a rotating roster, weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors and suppliers for site maintenance and repairs.
• Review virtual walkthroughs and cleaners reports; action next steps.
• Monitor site issues and follow up until resolved.
• Update operational reports, logs, trackers and docs on time.
• Handle site-specific tasks to keep locations safe and clean.
• Collaborate with CX team to complete follow-through from tickets and calls.
• Use Zendesk, Outlook, Teams and Excel daily.
