This role requires availability during PST hours and a high-touch candidate experience, with remote work from the Philippines.

Proven sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management using LinkedIn, ATS, Google Workspace, and VoIP is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of hands-on U.S. recruitment experience
• Experience with headhunting and full-cycle recruiting
• Strong sourcing and pipeline building skills

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates for senior roles across the U.S.
• Coordinate interview processes and provide data-backed recommendations
• Lead the offer process, including extensions and negotiations
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
