You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, source candidates, conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and collaborate with senior leadership to support operations and company growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to senior management: coordinate projects, prepare reports, arrange team activities.
• Assist onboarding and HR tasks to keep team operations smooth.
• Discuss active hiring processes with clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business operations, employee relations, and team development.
