Job summary

SmartScale360 is hiring a Recruiter (Remote) to support U.S.-based clients by managing the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding. You will source qualified candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

We’re looking for 1+ year of recruitment experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms. This is a remote role based in the Philippines with US-hour schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and coordinate timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and track recruiting metrics.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
• Improve recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies.
