Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Loan Processor / Para Broker & Executive Assistant to support an Australian mortgage broker, handling loan processing, para broking and executive support.

This fully remote, senior role requires independent work, deep knowledge of Mercury and Quickli, and the ability to manage a high volume of Australian loan applications while maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Australian mortgage broking.
Strong experience in loan processing / para broking.
Proven experience handling a high volume of Australian lending applications.
Advanced working knowledge of Mercury.
Strong experience using Quickli.
Understanding of Australian lending policies and loan requirements.

Responsibilities

Package and prepare Australian home loan applications from start to finish.
Review income, financial information, and supporting documentation.
Organise and maintain accurate client files and documents.
Complete servicing and borrowing capacity assessments using Quickli.
Confidently navigate and manage applications through Mercury.
Review client scenarios and research potential lender options.
Identify appropriate lending solutions based on client circumstances.
Ensure applications are complete and identify missing information before submission.
Support the broker with preparation, research, and follow-ups.
Manage the broker’s email inbox and deadlines.
Prepare meeting summaries, next steps, and follow-up items.
