Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Mortgage Broker Support / Parabroker based in the Philippines for a fully remote, Independent Contractor role. You will own the end-to-end application process from documentation review to lender submission and settlement, focusing on residential lending and maintaining a strong client pipeline.

The role requires 2 years parabroker experience, Australian lending knowledge, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently across core AEST hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior parabroker or mortgage broker support experience.
• Knowledge of Australian residential lending requirements and submission rules.
• Experience with an Australian aggregator or broking CRM platform.
• High accuracy under high volume and strong organization.
• Excellent written English for lender/client communications.
• Ability to work independently and drive a pipeline forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage the active loan pipeline end to end, tracking status and next actions.
• Review client documentation for completeness before submission to lenders.
• Prepare and compile loan applications with all forms and packs.
• Liaise with lenders on submissions, conditions and approvals.
• Draft client communications and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Maintain records in the client CRM and aggregator platform.
• Provide general admin support to reduce the broker's workload.
